Being by the ocean offers grounding\, spaciousness\, and a sense of perspective — a reminder that we are held by something larger while still rooted in our own bodies and choices. \nWe sit in circle to slow down\, listen deeply\, and reconnect with who we are beneath expectation\, roles\, and conditioning. This is about self-awareness\, honesty\, and remembering your own truth without pressure or performance. \nYou don’t need to arrive healed or certain. You don’t need answers.
