Palo Santo Smudge Stick Pack
$15.00
Palo Santo, or holy wood, is a beautiful addition to your spiritual practice, with a rich history of use in sacred rituals that traces back to the Incan era.
Native to the dry forests of Ecuador, Peru and Mexico, palo santo was named “wood of the saints” by Spanish monks, and has long been believed to carry a guiding spirit even after the tree falls. Its sweet, woody smoke has traditionally been used to clear negative energy, restore peace and create a calm, uplifting atmosphere. Palo Santo is also linked to the root chakra, and is associated with courage, grounding and connection to the earth.
Rather than viewing smoke cleansing as a single solution to everything, consider Palo Santo as one part of a more intentional practice. Light a stick to open your meditation, bring yourself back to the present moment, or wind down in the evening as its sweet scent settles the space before rest. Each pack contains approximately 35 grams of 4 inch sticks.
A beautiful choice for those drawn to grounding rituals, daily cleansing and a calmer, more present spiritual practice.
Size: 4 inches
